AHA Tours takes your privacy seriously, and strives to maintain to protect your private information. Information gathered by AHA Tours, including biographical information and payment information, are collected and are only released as necessary to allow for the proper booking of travel and accommodations for each adventure, and to comply with all local, state, federal and international rules, regulations, and laws.
Participants must pay a 50% deposit in order to book, which ensures your tour date. This deposit is non-refundable; however, if you do need to cancel your trip, you can use this deposit for a different adventure. Full payment for the trip must be complete before your departure. If a participant fails to make full payment before the trip, that deposit is forfeited. AHA Tours does not charge additional fees for credit card booking. Payments are non-refundable but can be applied to a different trip. Deposits used for alternative tour is not eligible for special rates.
For travel and accommodations arranged by AHA Tours, changes may be necessary on rare occasion. By booking with AHA Tours, participants agree that should any such travel or accommodation need to be modified for any reason, AHA Tours will seek to obtain comparable or similar options, and participants remain obligated to full-payment. In the event of a major change to said travel and/or accommodations and in the event that comparable services cannot be obtained, participants will have the option of rebooking an adventure; however, no refund shall be provided.
Participants recognize that the conditions, quality, and types of environments engaged with, including accommodations, will vary, and by booking with AHA Tours, participants agree that no refund shall be given should a participant choose for any reason to decline to participate in any provided travel, accommodation, itinerary or adventure.
